Sunday May 1, 2016:  11 new birds of 5 species, 6 recaps.  New species:  Yellow Warbler.  Bird of the day was a tie between Ruby-crowned Kinglet and White-throated Sparrow, each with 4 new bands.  Rain cancelled most of the morning, but at hour 4 we were able to open a few nets for two hours.  We were pleasantly surprised to get as many birds as we did, and we were elated by the bright and sunny Yellow Warbler.
